Ah, the latest Celine fall 2013 collection is just gorgeous! Chic and simple, the line features an array of stylish goodies for the upcoming cold season.“I just thought I'd clean it up,” Phoebe Philo told Vogue. “Make it strong and powerful - a kind of contemporary minimalism.” So, the designer brought loads of refined and modern pieces, beautifully structured and tailored. “It was coming from a place of emotion and intimacy, something instinctive,” Phoebe Philo explained. “There was softness and desire, to create something emotionally engaged.”
Phoebe Philo makes wearable clothes. Well, she admitted in an interview with the-divine.com that the real test is when the clothes get into stores. “I have a pragmatic view on that stuff. From afar, the clothes seem very simple and clean but when you look at them closely you see that there are lots of details and a workmanship that is very rich. I think, especially in this [financial] climate, it is important to focus on quality, simplicity and craftsmanship,” she said.
